Welcome to the Virtual Race for the Homeless!
Thank you for taking on the challenge to exercise, walk, cycle, pray or run for the next 30 days. The purpose of the Virtual Race Campaign is to raise money to bring awareness and assistance to those experiencing homelessness in our communities. Your generous support will assist with maintaining and expanding our Substance Abuse Support Group Mentoring Program. As a supporter we are asking you to raise money and help us spread awareness by sharing the campaign with your friends and family.

The Milton Matthews Foundation has been helping individuals and families in the Greater Washington DC area for over 25 years. Through our programs we have reunited families, helped men and women get free from drugs and alcohol, fed families in Washington and Maryland communities and helped many train and gain financial stability.
In an interest to provide temporary solutions to the raising of food insecurities in our surrounding communities, we provide a curbside pantry every 3rd Saturday of the month. The need is great! Currently the pantry serves over 100 family every month and it is our goal to serve 200 by the end of 2022.
