Purchasers of tickets must write their name, phone number and email address (if applicable) on the physical purchase form (ticket) or online form where applicable. The numbers must be in the same sequence. Ducks numbered from 1 to 999 will be considered to have 0s in front of them so that they will be considered to have four digits. Second place-$500.00 and third place $250.00.

5. All purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued.

6. The race shall be conducted by placing 3,000 ducks simultaneously in the river running through Village Green Park. The first duck to cross a designated finish line shall be declared the winner (first place). The next duck to cross the finish line shall be declared the second-place winner and the third duck to cross the finish line shall be declared the third-place winner.
